PerkUp’s COVID Policy – PerkUp Financial Health continues to monitor guidelines and adhere to all city, state, and federal mandates related to the COVID pandemic. Currently, we have a temporary remote work policy that allows for a flexible work arrangement to address any concerns employees may have. For any time in the office, including any potential in-person interviews, masks and other precautions are currently required for everyone’s health and safety.

WHO WE ARE

PerkUp is a financial health platform that partners with philanthropic funders, non-profit fintech partners, and non-profit financial institutions to work with large employers in providing their employees with digital access to financial education, one-on-one financial coaching, and innovative financial products. 

We’ve been around helping people with their financial health since 2015. Although PerkUp has evolved over the years, our core mission hasn’t changed: help people build and strengthen the ability to achieve their financial goals.

While we are absolutely 100% serious about our core mission, we’re also a laid-back bunch of folks that understand there is life outside of the office! For your peace of mind, PerkUp offers benefits like health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off in addition to some other perks (you see what I did there?) to help you find the ever-changing sweet spot between work and the rest of life.

WHAT WE DO

Our platform is a hub that brings together the services and products from our partners. It provides access for employees of our clients to benefit from existing financial products in addition to other innovative services and products that would not normally be available to them from traditional financial institutions.

WHY WE DO IT

Simply put, we believe in helping people achieve their financial goals and that includes giving them a hand when there’s a bump along the way by offering services and products that are fair and responsible. Towards that goal we believe that…

…financial education can be helpful AND entertaining. Most financial education is b-o-r-i-n-g. Period. We work to keep the topics fresh, fun, and dare we say, entertaining.

…incentives should reward positive actions. Positive reinforcement can be a powerful motivator. All it takes is to give someone the motivations to build the discipline to change existing bad behaviors into new good habits (like saving for emergencies or increasing contributions to your retirement.) Therefore, we offer “perks” (rewards that keep on giving.)

…your goals are just that…YOURS. We provide education, healthy products, and services that are relevant to you – whether you are buying your first car or your first home.  We want to help you get to your goals but we will never tell you what you should do, only what you can do.
